I’m on day three of building our new website. Another of the many tasks I’ve intuited my way through and can add to the list of skills I’ve developed as we grow this place called IMA. When June and I founded the institute we had little more than our mutual desire “to build a school for women in music.” From the desire, we just did the next small thing to move toward its fulfillment.
Today that meant hanging out with folks who stayed over after coming to see Peter Tork’s concert in the barn last night; together we chopped wood, shared food and music, took pictures and told our stories to each other. It also meant e-mailing someone who knows more about web design than I and asking for help.
