I was invited at the end of last summer to be one of the presenters at Hampshire College’s TEDx 2013.  The presentation was in October.  The experience of developing the talk and delivering it at my alma mater was an incredibly full and lovely journey of coming full circle.  It gave me the opportunity to flush out a thing or two about how the “practice” of leading from the kitchen emerged and led me to the work we do at IMA today.   I’ll give you a little hint, the topic for the evening was “misadventures”.  I hope that you find it educational, inspirational and at least mildly amusing.
